Arrived on time in good condition. Works as expected. If you are new to these and using for seed starting, you need to understand you will need to purchase a thermostat separately in order to maintain a constant and optimal soil temp. See attached photos. The mat functions perfectly when coupled with a thermostat and set up as directed. Excellent price as well. Would definitely buy again.Update: you can see in pic I made a plastic tent to cover seed tray. I need soil temps to stay in the 75 to 85 range for germination. With lights on the greenhouse effect creates enough warmth to maintain 80 to 84. With lights off the mat itself will only warm to 77 to 79. This is in a room that’s 67 degrees. This still works perfectly for my needs cuz once the seeds sprout the temp will be turned down to 70, but you should be aware of the limitations of this product.
